This can lead to increased self-awareness, clarity, emotional regulation, stress reduction, sense of purpose and many other benefits.
You can practice silence alone or with others, in your home, in nature or in a retreat environment.
We will go deeper into the different kinds of retreat formats, subject matter, benefits and challenges and why silence is crucial to the experience.
We will also have some space to practice silence together.
