Not all meditation or renewal practices look like a person sitting quietly with their eyes closed, trying to think of nothing. In its simplest form, it is a process to engage in contemplation or reflection - an evolving practice that involves focusing the mind to connect inside. Reduce the noise. Focus on what is needed right now.

Having a reflective practice can be a stabilizing and motivating experience to help you create clarity and live from it in your life. 

With so many ways to meditate, from mindfulness to mantra to visualization to movement, it can feel overwhelming to find the right one. We can get stuck when we "should" ourselves - we should be sitting, we should be calm, we should do it for a certain amount of time.

In this workshop you will...

  • hear from Whole You members who have created their own, unique and evolving renewal or meditation practices, and the measurable impact it has had in their lives. 

  • share your experience with meditation or renewal practices (from none to mastery).

  • participate in a process of designing (or evolving) your unique renewal practice.

  • honor what you need right now in your life. 

A meditation or renewal practice can be a powerful tool to help you better understand and live your Whole You.
